Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Incoming material quality control according to both R&D documents and customer's approved samples.Manufacturing process quality control under the support of our P&E department. Final quality control before shipment under the decision of customer's QC staff and also our P&E department and our QC department, rejected products are returned to related process.
Quality Control Procedures
IQC: 6 staff with good training inspect each material. 2 staff inspect the electronics components, 1 staff inspects plastic housing case, 1 staff inspects package, 2 staff inspect all accessories part. PQC: 6 staff inspect semi finished articles during producing process, offset function one by one with professional machine and software.FQC: 5 staff do final inspection for all finished products before shipment. 2 staff inspect our own products in factory, 3 staff go to cooperate factories to inspect the items we are sourcing. All sourcing items will come to our warehouse do final inspection.

All products are inspected before shipment. The aging time of old products reaches 4 hours and that of new products reaches 8 hours. The defective rate shall be controlled within two parts per thousand. Now our production ability about laptop adapters and batteries is about 150K/month, and USB charger is about 100K/month.
